Lakefront Residence

This is one of our favorite residential projects to date. The Clients came to us with plans drawn in Vermont that needed to be updated to strict Florida codes and wetland restrictions. From the poured concrete walls, steel support beams, and internal elevator, this 3 level home reflects state of the art construction that was so important to the customer.

Project Manager, Chad Wiggins was a constant presence on site, insuring the project remained up to Felton standards and maintaining the vision the clients had for their new home.
