Planet Beach

Commercial tenant build-out is becoming increasingly popular as smaller upscale Strip Center and Town Centers continue to pop up. Commercial tenants can lease a brand new space and build it out to suit their needs often times following the guidelines of a franchisor. Planet Beach was the first of its kind in our area and a fun project for all involved. The tenants needed to get in and get open very quickly. The result was a fun, funky atmosphere like nothing we had ever built. The owners were very pleased with the outcome and are so successful they are considering a second location.
